Community Film Project
The Croydon Festival is a two day multi cultural festival featuring both local and international talent from many countries, combining pop music acts like De La Soul with Indian Bollywood star Malkit Singh.
The Screens produced a film documenting the festival with live footage, interviews with artists and public and a ‘big brother diary room’ where visitors could have their say.
All of this was done in collaboration with a group of young refugees who were trained and supported by the Screens.
